Subscription terms and conditions

1. Parties

This agreement is made between ARIDOLU SMART SYSTEMS INC. (“Company”) and the Customer (“Subscriber”).

2. Subscription

Subject: The Company agrees to provide the Subscriber with an annual beehive rental service. This service includes the rental of one or more beehives for a specified period.

3. Subscription Period

Duration: The subscription will be valid for a maximum of one year following payment confirmation.

Renewal: If the subscription is not renewed automatically before its expiration, it will terminate automatically.

4. Rental Fee and Payment

Fee: The rental fee for the beehives is the amount specified on the website.

Payment: Fees are payable in advance using the payment options provided on the website, either in cash or by credit card. The first payment will mark the subscription start date.

5. Scope of Service

Beehive Maintenance: The Company will provide maintenance, inspection, and necessary health services for the beehives.

Inspections: The Company will inspect the beehives regularly during the specified period. Inspection frequency and timing may vary depending on weather conditions and other factors.

6. Subscriber Responsibilities

Providing Information: The Subscriber must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Access: The Subscriber must allow the Company access to the area where the beehives are located.

Reporting Issues: In case of any problems or abnormalities with the beehives, the Subscriber must promptly inform the Company.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: If the Subscriber wishes to cancel the beehive rental service, they must provide written notice at least [cancellation period] days in advance. No refunds will be issued for canceled subscriptions.

Service Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the service if subscription terms are not adhered to. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8. Liability and Warranty

Liability: The Company will take all necessary measures to ensure the health of the beehives but will not be held responsible for damages caused by natural disasters or circumstances beyond its control.

Warranty: The Company does not guarantee the productivity or quantity of products from the beehives.

9. Changes and Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify the subscription terms. Changes will take effect from the date they are announced on the website.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices in Gebze shall have jurisdiction.
