Distance sales contract

**1. Parties**

This agreement is made between ARIDOLU SMART SYSTEMS INC. ("Seller") and the Customer ("Buyer").

**2. Subject**

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for orders and sales of honey, propolis, royal jelly, smart hive devices, and hive rental services provided by ARIDOLU SMART SYSTEMS INC.

**3. Orders and Agreement**

**Order:** By placing an order through the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

**Agreement:** The agreement becomes valid upon receipt and confirmation of the order.

**4. Products and Services**

**Products:** Honey, propolis, royal jelly, other bee products, smart hive devices, and hives.

**Services:** Annual hive rental service and remote hive monitoring system.

**5. Price and Payment**

**Price:** The prices listed on the website are valid.

**Payment:** The Buyer may complete the payment via credit card or other payment methods.

**6. Delivery**

**Delivery Time:** Orders will be delivered within 7 days following payment confirmation.

**Delivery Address:** Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.

**7. Cancellation and Returns**

**Cancellation:** Orders can be canceled before the shipping stage.

**Returns:** Products may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and the security seal must remain intact.

**8. Liability**

The Seller is responsible for the quality and delivery of the products. The Buyer is obligated to notify the Seller of any damages occurring during delivery.

**Smart Hive Device:** The Buyer must handle the smart hive device provided by the Seller with care and must not damage the device. In the case of misuse or damage, the Buyer will be liable to pay a legal penalty fee of $500.

**Hive Maintenance:** The Buyer must fulfill all maintenance responsibilities for the ordered hive. Regular maintenance and monitoring must be performed to ensure the proper functioning of the hive. Failure to meet these responsibilities will result in the Buyer being liable to pay a legal penalty fee of $1,000.

**Honey Production and Delivery:** The Buyer is responsible for delivering the ordered amount of honey to the Seller within the specified period. The produced honey must comply with all hygiene standards and analysis intervals. Non-compliance with these standards will result in the Buyer being liable to pay a legal penalty fee of $2,000. Furthermore, depending on the severity of the violation, a complaint may be filed with the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Buyer's license to operate within apiculture activities may be revoked.

**9. Governing Law**

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices in Gebze shall have jurisdiction.
