Delivery and return conditions

Delivery Policy

• Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery Method: Products are delivered by hand and standard cargo.

• Delivery Fee: Delivery fee is stated at the time of ordering and is added to the order total.

Refund Policy

• Return Period: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Return Policy: Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.

• Return Process: Return requests can be made via satis@tech2biology.com.tr . After the returned products are examined, the payment amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
